SOCIAL WELFARE (POWERS IN RELATION TO INSURANCE STAMPS) ORDER, 1952.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (2) of section 10 of the Social Welfare Act, 1952 , (No. 11 of 1952), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare (Powers in relation to Insurance Stamps) Order, 1952.

2. All powers and duties of the Revenue Commissioners with reference to insurance stamps shall be exercised and performed by the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs to the exclusion of the Revenue Commissioners.
