Increase of advances under section 41 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1945. |
3.—The total amount of the sums advanced under section 41 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1945 (No. 12 of 1945), for the electrification of rural areas shall not exceed eight million pounds and, accordingly, subsection (1) of that section shall be construed as if that sum were substituted for the sum mentioned therein. |
