AN ACT TO APPLY A CERTAIN SUM OUT OF THE CENTRAL FUND TO THE SERVICE OF THE YEAR ENDING ON THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF MARCH, ONE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-TWO, TO APPROPRIATE TO THE PROPER SUPPLY SERVICES AND PURPOSES THE SUMS GRANTED BY THE CENTRAL FUND ACT, 1951 , AND THIS ACT, AND TO MAKE CERTAIN PROVISION IN RELATION TO BORROWING. [31st July, 1951.]
