ST. LAURENCE'S HOSPITAL (CONSTITUTION OF BOARD OF GOVERNORS) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Health (hereinafter called " the Minister ") in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (4) of Section 5 of St. Laurence's Hospital Act, 1943 (No. 3 of 1943) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the St. Laurence's Hospital (Constitution of Board of Governors) Order, 1950.

2. The Board of Governors of St. Laurence's Hospital shall consist of twenty-one members instead of the number specified in sub-section (3) of Section 5 of St. Laurence's Hospital Act, 1943.

3. For the purpose of giving effect to this Order, the Minister shall forthwith appoint two persons to be members of the said Board.
