LOUGH AND RIVER ERNE DRAINAGE AND NAVIGATION BOARD (DISSOLUTION) ORDER, 1950.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 6 of the Erne Drainage and Development Act, 1950 (No. 15 of 1950), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Lough and River Erne Drainage and Navigation Board (Dissolution) Order, 1950.

2. The 28th day of June, 1950, is hereby appointed as the day from which the Lough and River Erne Drainage and Navigation Board shall be dissolved.
