LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROVISIONAL ORDERS CONFIRMATION ACT, 1950. | ||||||||||
AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE CITY OF LIMERICK (EXTENSION OF BOUNDARY) PROVISIONAL ORDER, 1950, AND THE BRAY URBAN DISTRICT (FINANCIAL RELATIONS) PROVISIONAL ORDER, 1950. [30th March, 1950.] | ||||||||||
WHEREAS the City of Limerick (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1950, set out in the First Schedule to this Act has been duly made by the Minister for Local Government under the Limerick City Management Act, 1934 (No. 35 of 1934), but will not have effect until confirmed by the Oireachtas: | ||||||||||
AND WHEREAS the Bray Urban District (Financial Relations) Provisional Order, 1950, set out in the Second Schedule to this Act has been duly made by the said Minister under the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1898 , but will not have effect until confirmed by the Oireachtas: | ||||||||||
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |
