LOUGH CORRIB NAVIGATION ACT, 1945 (SECTION 13) ORDER, 1949.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Lough Corrib Navigation Act, 1945 (No. 37 of 1945), and on the application of the Lough Corrib Navigation Trustees, hereby order as follows :—

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Lough Corrib Navigation Act, 1945 (Section 13) Order, 1949.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1949.

2. The Lough Corrib Navigation Trustees may abandon the portions of the Navigation and the works forming part thereof described in the Schedule to this Order.

SCHEDULE.

Dominick Street Bridge and the Navigation thereunder.

New Road Bridge and the Navigation thereunder.

Presentation Road Bridge and the Navigation thereunder.
