CHICAGO CONVENTION (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1947.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1946 (No. 23 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Chicago Convention (Commencement) Order, 1947.

2. Friday, the 4th day of April, 1947, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Chicago Convention shall come into operation in the State.
