AN ACT TO MAKE BETTER PROVISION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT IN THE NATIONAL INTEREST, OF THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION AND SUPPLY OF TURF IN THE STATE, AND FOR THIS PURPOSE TO ESTABLISH A BOARD TO BE CALLED BORD NA MÓNA, TO DEFINE ITS POWERS AND DUTIES, TO DISSOLVE THE TURF DEVELOPMENT BOARD, LIMITED AND TO TRANSFER ITS PROPERTY AND LIABILITIES TO BORD NA MÓNA, AND TO PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [1st June, 1946.]
