Establishment and maintenance of agricultural college on Estate.

3.—(1) As soon as conveniently may be after the passing of this Act, the Minister shall establish on the Estate a lay agricultural college and may for that purpose do all such things as he considers necessary.

(2) The college established under this section shall be named the Johnstown Castle Agricultural College, and the said name shall not be changed.
