MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ACT. 1927 (APPLICATION OF SECTION 26) ORDER, 1944.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 26 of the Medical Practitioners Act, 1927 (No. 25 of 1927), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:—

1 Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Act, 1927 (Application of Section 26) Order, 1944.

2 Application of section 26 of Medical Practitioners Act, 1927 , to State of New South Wales

2. Section 26 of the Medical Practitioners Act, 1927 (No. 25 of 1927), shall apply to the State of New South Wales.
