SAINT LAURENCE'S HOSPITAL ACT, 1943, (FIRST APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1943.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

SAINT LAURENCE'S HOSPITAL ACT. 1943.

WHEREAS by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Saint Laurence's Hospital Act, 1943 , it is enacted that the Minister for Local Government and Public Health shall by order appoint a day to be the first appointed day for the purposes of the said Act and that references in the said Act to the first appointed day shall be construed as references to the day so appointed ;

NOW the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him as aforesaid does hereby order as follows, that is to say :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Saint Laurence's Hospital Act, 1943 , (First Appointed Day) Order, 1943.

2. The 1st day of April, 1943, is hereby appointed to be the first appointed day for the purposes of the Saint Laurence's Hospital Act, 1943 .
