Exception from obligation imposed by section 9 of the Principal Act. |
3.—(1) Section 9 of the Principal Act shall be construed and have effect as if it excepted every authorised body from the obligation imposed by sub-section (1) of that section of exporting butter only from the premises mentioned in the said sub-section (1). | |
(2) This section shall have and be deemed always to have had effect as on and from the 1st day of October, 1939. |
