DRIED OR POWDERED MILK (SUSPENSION OF BOUNTY) ORDER, 1938.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 35 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may at any time by order declare that no bounty shall be payable under Part VII of the said Act on any specified substance or substances or on any specified class (defined in such manner as the Minister shall think proper) of any particular substance exported from Saorstát Eireann after a specified date:

NOW I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dried or Powdered Milk (Suspension of Bounty) Order, 1937.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. No bounty shall be payable on dried or powdered milk exported after the 30th day of November, 1937.
