SHOPS (HOURS OF TRADING) ACT, 1938 (PART IV) (EXEMPTED AREA) ORDER, 1938.

WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (1) of Section 33 of the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (No. 3 of 1938), that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may, whenever and so often as he thinks fit, by order declare that any particular area specified in or delimited by such order shall be an exempted area for the purposes of the said Part IV:

NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (1) of Section 33 of the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (No. 3 of 1938), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows, that is to say :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (Part IV) (Exempted Area) Order, 1938.

2. The whole of the State shall be an exempted area for the purposes of Part IV of the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (No. 3 of 1938).
