DAIRY PRODUCE (PRICE STABILISATION) ACT (FORMS) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1936.

WHEREAS the Minister for Agriculture in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), made the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act (Forms) Regulations, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 310 of 1935):

AND WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the said Regulations:

NOW I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order and make the following regulations, that is to say:-

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act (Forms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1936.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923) applies to the interpretation of these Regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. In these Regulations-

the expression "the Principal Regulations" means the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act (Forms) Regulations, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 310 of 1935);

expressions and words to which a particular meaning is given by the Principal Regulations have, in and for the purposes of these Regulations, the meaning so given.

4. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by the deletion of the Form P.S. 7 now contained therein and the substitution in lieu thereof of the Form P.S. 7 in the Schedule to these Regulations, and the Schedule to the Principal Regulations and also paragraph 13 of the Principal Regulations shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

5. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by the deletion of the Form P.S. 10 now contained therein and the substitution in lieu thereof of the Form P.S. 10 in the Schedule to these Regulations and the Schedule to the Principal Regulations and also paragraph 16 of the Principal Regulations shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

6. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1936.
