DAIRY PRODUCE (PRICE STABILISATION) ACT (FORMS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1936.

WHEREAS the Minister for Agriculture in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935) made the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act (Forms) Regulations, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 310 of 1935).

AND WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the said Regulations:

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order and make the following regulations, that is to say:-

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations, 1936.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of these Regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. In these Regulations-the expression "the Principal Regulations" means the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act (Forms) Regulations, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 310 of 1935); expressions and words to which a particular meaning is given by the Principal Regulations have, in and for the purposes of these Regulations, the meaning so given.

4. The Principal Regulations are hereby amended by the deletion of paragraph 29 thereof and the insertion therein of the following paragraph in lieu of the paragraph so deleted, that is to say-

"29.-(1) Every entry required by these Regulations to be made by the registered proprietor of creamery premises in the record of butter manufactured by such proprietor shall be made immediately after the completion of each churning.

(2) Every entry required by these Regulations to be made by every person registered in the register of distributors of non-creamery butter in the record of non-creamery butter acquired by such person shall be made immediately after the acquisition of the butter.

(3) Every other entry required by these Regulations to be made by any person in any other record shall be made not later than six hours after the doing of the thing to which such entry relates,"

and the Principal Regulations shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

5. Form P.S. 20 C. in the Schedule to the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by the insertion in the said Form of the words and figures "during the month of........................................, 19............," after the figure and words "3. Record of sales of Non-creamery Butter to persons registered under the above-mentioned Act," now contained therein, and the said Form and also paragraph 26 of the said Regulations shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

6. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1936.
