Amendment of sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of Principal Act. |
2.—(1) Sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the Principal Act are hereby amended by the substitution in each of those sub-sections of the words “the year 1940” for the words “the year 1936.” | |
(2) This section shall have and be deemed to have had effect as from the commencement of the said section 4 . |
