Service gratuities.

4.—There may, subject to the provisions of this Act, be granted to a qualified person whose army service is post-1918 short service a gratuity (in this Act referred to as a service gratuity) of such amount (not exceeding one hundred and fifty pounds) as the Minister shall, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, determine.
