STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1934. No. 19.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) (SCHEDULED FEEDING STUFFS) ORDER, 1934.

WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (2) of section 90 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order under the said section declare that any article (not being already a scheduled feeding stuff) shall be a scheduled feeding stuff for the purposes of Part VII of the said Act, and whenever any such order is made, the article to which such order relates shall be a scheduled feeding stuff for the purposes of the said Part VII:

NOW THEREFORE I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 90 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Scheduled Feeding Stuffs) Order, 1934.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 15th day of February, 1934.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. It is hereby declared that each of the following articles shall be a scheduled feeding stuff for the purposes of Part VII of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), that is to say:—

(a) malted barley flour;

(b) malted barley meal;

(c) rye flour;

(d) meat meal;

(e) meat and bone meal.
