Amendment of sub-section (3) of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927. |
2.—The Local Government (Amendment) Act, 1930 (No. 26 of 1930), is hereby repealed, and in lieu of section 1 thereof it is hereby enacted that sub-section (3) of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 (No. 3 of 1927), be and is hereby amended, as on and from the 1st day of October, 1933, by the substitution of the figures “1938” for the figures “1930” at the end of that sub-section. |
