Prohibition of moneylending business on Sundays and certain holidays.

21.—No person shall carry on business as a moneylender whether personally or by his agent on Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or Saint Patrick's Day, and any moneylender who acts in contravention of this section shall be guilty of an offence under this section and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds.
