Electoral (Registration Appeals) Act, 1932

Definitions.

1.—(1) In this Act the expression “Principal Act” means the Electoral Act, 1923 (No. 12 of 1923).

(2) All words and expressions used in this Act which are also used in the Principal Act shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meaning in this Act as they respectively have in the Principal Act.
