CONSTITUTION (DECLARATION OF UNLAWFUL ASSOCIATIONS) ORDER, 1931.

WHEREAS it is provided by sub-section (2) of section 19 of Article 2A of the Constitution that an Order made by the Executive Council declaring that a specified association is, in the opinion of the Executive Council, an unlawful association shall be conclusive evidence for all purposes that such association is an unlawful association :

NOW, the Executive Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sub-section (2) of section 19 of Article 2A of the Constitution and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, do hereby declare and order as follows :—

1. The associations specified in the Schedule to this Order are, in the opinion of the Executive Council, unlawful associations.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Constitution (Declaration of Unlawful Associations) Order, 1931.

The Association styling and calling itself the Irish Republican Army, sometimes known as the I.R.A. or Oglaigh na hEireann.

Fianna Eireann.

Cumann na mBan.

Friends of Soviet Russia.

The Irish Labour Defence League.

The Workers' Defence Corps.

The Women Prisoners' Defence League.

The Workers' Revolutionary Party (Ireland).

The Irish Tribute League.

The Irish Working Farmers' Committee.

The Workers' Research Bureau.
