STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1931. No. 58.

VOCATIONAL EDUCATION (FORM OF SUMMONS) REGULATIONS, 1931.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (1) of section 125 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), that the Minister for Education may by Order make regulations prescribing any matter or thing referred to in the said Act as prescribed;

AND WHEREAS the form prescribed by these regulations is referred to in section 106 of the said Act as a prescribed form;

NOW I, JOHN MARCUS O'SULLIVAN, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby by this Order make the following regulations, that is to say—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Vocational Education (Form of Summons) Regulations, 1931.

2. Every summons under sub-section (1) of section 106 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 , shall be in the Form set out in the Schedule hereto.
