PENSION FUNDS.

Determination by the Minister for Finance dated 30th March, 1928, declaring the funds available under the Currency Act, 1927 , for the defrayal of the expenses of the Currency Commission to be a Public Fund for the purposes of the Superannuation Act, 1892.

In exercise of the powers given to me by Section 31 (4) of the Currency Act, 1927 (No. 32 of 1927) I, Earnan de Blaghd, Minister for Finance, hereby determine the funds available under that Act for the defrayal of the expenses of the Currency Commission to be a Public Fund for the purposes of the Superannuation Act, 1892.
