Power to enter before demises made. |
5.—(1) University College, Dublin shall be entitled to enter into possession and occupation on the appointed day of all the said lands and premises described in the First and Second Schedules to this Act respectively whether the several demises required by this Act to be made have or have not been then made. | |
(2) If University College, Dublin enters into possession and occupation of any of the said lands and premises under this section before the demise required by this Act to be made of such lands and premises has been made, University College, Dublin shall from the time of such entry until the making of such demise be deemed to be in occupation of such lands and premises as tenant thereof under an agreement made by virtue of this Act for such demise. |
