Recited enactment repealed in part.
|
1. So much of the said enactment as is herein-before recited shall be and the same is hereby repealed, so far only as relates to spirituous liquors sold to be consumed elsewhere than on the premises where sold, and delivered at the residence of the purchaser thereof in quantities not less at any one time than a reputed quart.
