I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (No. 16 of 2024) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2026. | ||
2. The 29th day of May 2026 is appointed as the day on which subsections (1) and (2)(a) of section 34 of the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (No. 16 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
