S.I. No. 169/2026 - Bretton Woods Agreements (Amendment) Act 2022 (Section 6) Order 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th April, 2026.

I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Bretton Woods Agreements (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 36 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Bretton Woods Agreements (Amendment) Act 2022 (Section 6) Order 2026.

2. The Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Topical Trust Fund, established in accordance with Article V, Section 2(b) of the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund, is prescribed for the purposes of section 6 of the Bretton Woods Agreements (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 36 of 2022).
