I, DARA CALLEARY, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 (2) of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (No. 42 of 2022) and the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2024 ( S.I. No. 166 of 2024 ) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 8th day of May 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 9 of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (No. 42 of 2022), insofar as it relates to the insertion of Chapter 1A of the Principal Act, with reference to the class of civil action referred to in paragraph (c) of section 3 of that Act, comes into operation. | ||
