S.I. No. 180/2024 - European Arrest Warrant (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd May, 2024.

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 32 (3) of the European Arrest Warrant (Amendment) Act 2024 (No. 9 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the European Arrest Warrant (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 1st day of May 2024 is appointed as the day on which the European Arrest Warrant (Amendment) Act 2024 (No. 9 of 2024) shall come into operation.
