S.I. No. 164/2024 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform and the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th April, 2024.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform and the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform and the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media) Order 2024.

2. Michael O’Connor, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Patrick O’Donovan, Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, with effect from 21 December 2022.

3. Michael O’Connor, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Patrick O’Donovan, Minister of State at the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, with effect from 21 December 2022.
