Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st March, 2024.

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Finance (State Guarantees, International Financial Institution Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 3 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (State Guarantees, International Financial Institution Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 28th day of February 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Finance (State Guarantees, International Financial Institution Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 3 of 2024) shall come into operation.
