I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 (3) of the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme Act 2023 (No. 20 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme Act 2023 (Establishment Day) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 20th day of March 2024 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme Act 2023 (No. 20 of 2023). | ||
