Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th February, 2024.

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (10) of section 21 of the Credit Union Act 1997 (No. 15 of 1997), and having consulted with the Advisory Committee, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Union Act 1997 (Section 21) Order 2024.

2. The amount of €27,000 is specified for the purpose of subsection (3) of section 21 of the Credit Union Act 1997 (No. 15 of 1997).
