I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Digital Services Act 2024 (No. 2 of 2024), following consultation with the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sports and Media, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Digital Services Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 17th day of February 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Digital Services Act 2024 (No. 2 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
