S.I. No. 26/2024 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Designated Body) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th January, 2024.

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 (3) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), following consultation with the National Treasury Management Agency, the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform (as adapted by the Public Expenditure and Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 19 of 2023 )) and the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, and considering that it is in the financial interests of the State to do so, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Designated Body) Order 2024.

2. The Land Development Agency shall be a designated body for the purposes of Part 3 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014).
