Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th January, 2024.

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (No. 18 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (Section 77) (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 11th day of January 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 77 of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 shall come into operation.
