Amendment of section 47 of Act of 1961
|

5. Section 47(3) of the Act of 1961 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (c):
|
|
| |
“(c) the regional roads speed limit,”,
|
|
| |
(b) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (c):
|
|
| |
“(ca) the local roads speed limit,”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(c) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (d):
|
|
| |
“(da) the national primary roads speed limit,”.
