Amendment of section 10 of Act of 2003

4. Section 10 of the Act of 2003 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in paragraph (a)—
|
|
| |
(i) by the substitution of “whom” for “against whom”, and
|
|
| |
(ii) by the substitution of “prosecute” for “bring proceedings”,
|
|
| |
(b) in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “a prosecution” for “proceedings”, and
|
|
| |
(c) in paragraph (d), by the deletion of “in that state”.
