The Electoral (Amendment) Act 2004 is amended, in subsection (1) of section 35, by the substitution of “, Article 55 of the Regulations of 1995 or paragraph 40 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Local Government (Mayor of Limerick) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024.” for “or Article 55 of the Regulations of 1995.”. |
