17. In this Part, “MFA+ Contribution Agreement” means the contribution agreement as provided for in paragraph (1) of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2463 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 20224 , the terms of which are set out in Schedule 4 , to be entered into between the State and the European Commission so as to set the amount of the contribution, on the part of the State, referred to in that Article 7. | ||
