12. In this Part, “Guarantee Agreement” means the guarantee agreement as provided for in Article 10 of Decision (EU) 2022/1628 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 September 20223 , the terms of which are set out in Schedule 3 , to be entered into between the State and the European Commission so as to provide the guarantee, on the part of the State, referred to in Article 9 of that Decision. | ||
