283. Section 40A(2) of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 is amended by the substitution of “members of garda staff (within the meaning of the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024)” for “members of the civilian staff of the Garda Síochána”. |
