S.I. No. 692/2023 - National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Advanced Biofuel Obligation Rate) (Revocation) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th December, 2023.

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 44D of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007) and section 23 of the Oil Emergency Contingency and Transfer of Renewable Transport Fuel Functions Act 2023 (No. 2 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Advanced Biofuel Obligation Rate) (Revocation) Order 2023.

2. This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2024.

3. The National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Advanced Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2022 ( S.I. No. 710 of 2022 ) is revoked.

To come into effect on 1 January 2024, this order revokes the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Advanced Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2022 ( S.I. No.710 of 2022 ).
