Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 22nd December, 2023.

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Agency Act 2023 (No. 31 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Agency Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 31st day of December 2023 is appointed as the day on which the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Agency Act 2023 (No. 31 of 2023) shall come into operation.
