S.I. No. 632/2023 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Justice) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th December, 2023.

The Government, on the request of the Minister of State at the Department of Justice and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister of State at the Department of Justice) Order 2023.

2. Mr Adam Ledwith, particular of whose address has been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, 51 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister of State at the Department of Justice with effect from 22 August 2023.
