Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 15th December, 2023.

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Food Supply Chain Act 2023 (No. 19 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural and Food Supply Chain Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 13th day of December 2023 is appointed as the day on which the Agricultural and Food Supply Chain Act 2023 (No. 19 of 2023) shall come into operation.
