S.I. No. 559/2023 - Electricity Costs (Emergency Measures) Domestic Accounts Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 (2) of the Electricity Costs (Emergency Measures) Domestic Accounts Act 2023 (No. 29 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity Costs (Emergency Measures) Domestic Accounts Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 18th day of November 2023 is appointed as the day on which the Electricity Costs (Emergency Measures) Domestic Accounts Act 2023 (No. 29 of 2023) shall come into operation.
